Arts-In is a performing arts and leadership experience for youth who have completed grades 7-13. Participants will work together with a team of talented Directors and Students to put together a 30-minute musical that will be performed nine times at the Washington County Fair and twice at the Minnesota State Fair.

Arts-In provides the opportunity to explore new skills, advance existing skills, and learn to work toward one common goal. The experience includes:

• A deep dive into one of three areas: Performance, Band, or Technical Crew

• An experience learning from experts in the Performing Arts

• A better understanding of self along with learning about leadership, teamwork, and goal-setting
